We release more dates each Treehouse Release Day, which is the 15th of each month at 12pm ET. Reservations are first come, first reserved, and sell out fast! Join our Facebook group for early access & to stay updated on new exciting things!
Our booking options are as follows:
- Weekdays: 2-night minimum with check-ins Mondays or Wednesdays.
- Weekends: 3-night minimum with Friday check-in.

100% refunds are given for any cancellations made within 48 hours of making your reservation unless reservations made within 14 days of check-in. Reservations within 14 of checking, there will be no refund available if you choose to cancel.
Yes. While Uber and Lyft are available, we recommend getting a rental car due to the remoteness of the area.
During Your Stay
Check in at 3 pm on the day of arrival, and check out is 12pm (noon) on the day of departure.

We need ample time between reservations to ensure that the treehouse is thoroughly cleaned and ready for you! Ask us for tips and fun things to do nearby before your check-in time.
The treehouse has a mini fridge, 3 in 1 retro breakfast maker where you can make eggs, toast, and coffee, a BBQ & pizza oven. We recommend bringing food with you that you can enjoy a picnic on the treehouse deck under the romantic chandelier!
We highly recommend you stay schedule-free and just unwind during your stay, but we’d be happy to help you explore the local area!
We are located in Oconee County, which is almost entirely surrounded by water and mountains- any outdoor enthusiasts’ paradise! Relax and enjoying the classic board games inside the treehouse, and hiking our 40 acres (we have 2.5 miles of trails on site). For nearby hikes, you can choose from rolling country roads to challenging climbs into the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Chattooga Belle Farm is a short drive away, and is a place filled with magical views and romantic ambiance. Oconee County also offer horseback riding, boating, waterfalls to explore, fishing, rafting/paddling, canoeing/kayaking, 100,000+ acres of wilderness, SCUBA diving, whitewater rafting, golf, ziplines, and last but not least, cycling! Oconee County is a hidden jewel known to local cyclist for road cycling.
We are a short 15 minute drive from the stadium.
Wine not! ;) Please enjoy red wine anywhere besides on top of our white sheets and rugs. Spills happen to the best of us, and you will be responsible to replace damaged items.

Bolt Farm Treehouse is a place where simple joys and quietness reign, creative people can work without endless interruptions, and devices and busyness don’t get in the way of quality time. We do have (limited) cell phone reception with most major carriers, but we do not provide free WiFi or internet services.
Yes, you’ll hear the birds singing, raindrops on the tin roof on rainy days, and the seasonal hum of crickets at night. Acorns and sticks occasionally fall on the tin roof. Please do not be alarmed.
Indoor bathroom and an outdoor shower, many guests' favorite amenity.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also offer natural insect repellent and hand soap. Just bring your toiletry bag with personal hygiene products like toothpaste, deodorant, shaving cream, and beauty products. The rest we’ve got covered!
All trash and recycling will go in the small cans located inside your treehouse suite. We also have an addition trash & recycling area under the treehouse if you need more space. We will take care of the rest after you check-out. If you need trash removed from your room prior to check-out, please let us know and we will happily take it.
Yes, with approval. Please contact us before your stay if you’d like to have friends join you for the day.
