Weekdays:

• Mirror Cabins always allow 2 night minimums during the week, with check-ins on Monday or Wednesday

• Domes & Treehouses: 2 nights for weekdays now through Sept 2024 with check-ins on Monday or Wednesday
• Domes & Treehouses: 4 nights for weekdays October & beyond (check-in Monday, check-out Friday)

Weekends:

• 3 nights for weekends (check-in Friday, check out Monday)

All villas sleep two people, and all are incredible! Here are our recommendations based on what's most important to you. Please not Bolt Farm Treehouse is an adults-only property.

• Treehouses: the most romantic, luxurious, & spacious.
• Mirror Cabins: the most unique, nature immersive, modern luxury.
• Domes: spacious & adventurous. Check out our "Max Privacy" and "Best Views" domes if those things are important to you.

The property boasts 5 Treehouses, 8 Domes, and 5 Mirror Cabins.

• Our accommodations are designed to be enjoyed comfortably all year round. Each is equipped with a heating & AC unit and indoor fireplace. Mirror Cabins and our "More Luxury" Treehouses have heated floors. The property is truly stunning in each season of the year.

Yes! We have exceptionally fast wifi with download speeds of 500 mbps and upload speeds of 675mbps. 

Work remotely? We got you! The inspiring views paired with lighting speed wifi make this is the perfect place to work remotely.

• Most of our guests purchase our new chef-made meals. These delicious "heat and eat" meals can be conveniently cooked in your pizza oven.
• The Domes and Treehouses have a kitchen equipped with an electric stove, microwave, mini-fridge & freezer, BBQ and pizza oven (both are propane).
• The Mirror Cabins have a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, electric hot plate, BBQ and pizza oven. Please note: *The Mirror Cabins do not have a microwave or freezer.
• Pizza tastes better when you make it yourself! Enjoy our DIY pizza kit when you add The VIP Experience to your stay.

• Lots! We are all about helping our guests reconnect with nature, their people and their purpose, so we encourage being still and letting your spirit fully recharge. All accommodations are filled with things to promote this, including a community journal, therapeutic coloring book, antique books, yoga mats, etc. There are some great hiking trails on the property, and beautiful nature features including 2.5 miles of hiking trails with  waterfalls.
• If you are looking for some extra pampering, explore our in-room massages, private yoga sessions and private chef meals.
• Each unit has luxury amenities to enjoy like a private hot tub, private fire pit and more. We recommend adding The VIP Experience so you can enjoy a homemade pizza, campfire and s’mores during your stay!
• There are so many fun activities to do in the local area! Some of the most popular are boat rentals on Nickajack Lake, The Tennessee Aquarium, and JustFly paragliding (which is only 5 mins away from Bolt Farm). Click here to see some of our favorite activities in the area.

• No, we have a strict no-pets policy.

• 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made within 48 hours of making your reservation unless reservations are made within 7 days of check-in. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in are final and nonrefundable.
• Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking or at least 45 days before check-in will result in you being charged 50% of total reservation cost. If 50% of total reservation cost has already been collected, no further charges will be incurred.
• Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking and less than 45 days before check-in will result in you being charged the total reservation cost.
• We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in. A 10% rescheduling fee will apply.

Note: For reservations made on or after Feb 8, 2023, COVID-19 related circumstances are no longer considered an extenuating circumstance. Our cancellation policy will apply as usual.

As of March 1, 2024, Bolt Farm Treehouse is an adults-only retreat. Reservations for those bringing children made previously to this date will be honored.

Our Mirror Cabins come with a kitchenette, mini-fridge, electric hot plate, and the same outdoor cooking options. Note: Mirror Cabins do not include a microwave or freezer.
• Beverage Selection: Our Welcome Dome houses a selection of beverages curated by our founders, including hand-picked wines, signature cocktails, and craft beers from our region.‍

The most convenient airports for your visit to Bolt Farm Treehouse are Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA), just under an hour away, and Nashville International Airport (BNA), approximately 2 hours away, offering a wide range of domestic and international flights.

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), about 2.5 hours away, is another great option, especially for those looking for more flight choices. We suggest choosing the airport that best suits your flight availability and travel preferences.
