• You can’t go wrong with any option!
• All villas sleep two people with one bed per villa.
• All villas have a hot tub!
• Just like a hotel, your specific room assignment will be given at check-in.
• Traveling with a group? We recommend reserving multiple accommodations!
• The property boasts 9 Treehouses, 8 Domes, and 5 Mirror Cabins.
• No pets are allowed on the property.

• Upgrade your stay with the VIP Experience and enjoy a hands-on DIY pizza kit (because pizza tastes even better when you make it yourself!).

• Every villa is stocked with pots, pans, cooking & grilling utensils, tableware, and glassware — everything you need for mountain-top meals.

No, we have a strict no-pets policy.

While we love families, Bolt Farm is an adults-only resort thoughtfully designed for romantic and restful escapes. Our serene setting is best suited for couples and adult guests looking to unwind and reconnect in nature.

We are all about helping our guests reconnect with nature, their people, and their purpose, so we encourage being still and letting your spirit fully recharge. All accommodations are filled with things to promote just that! Each villa will include a community journal, therapeutic coloring book, antique books, yoga mats, etc. 

Here’s a list of activities to do at Bolt Farm:

• Hike our 2.5 miles of hiking trails! These trails wind through our property and even cross natural waterfalls.
• Recuperate your body by enjoying time in our cold plunge, mirrored sauna, steam room, reflection pool, and more at our Wellness Haven.
• Pamper yourself with a massage and facial at our full-service Treehouse Spa
• Enjoy restorative complimentary yoga sessions over at our Wellness Haven. 
• Bond while preparing a DIY Pizza & s'mores from our VIP Experience! 
• Listen to Live Music during Happy Hour on Tues, Thurs, & Sat nights from 4-6 p.m. Here you can mingle with other guests, enjoy light bites and beverages, + more!
• Sip on Mimosas and try your luck at Bingo Sunday mornings starting at 11 a.m. in our Welcome Dome.

Bolt Farm is truly stunning each season of the year! Our accommodations are designed to be enjoyed comfortably all year round. Each is equipped with a heating & AC unit and an indoor fireplace.

Mirror Cabins and most of our Treehouses even have heated floors!

Yes! We have exceptionally fast wifi in all villas, with download speeds of 500 Mbps and upload speeds of 675 Mbps.

Work remotely? We've got you! The inspiring views, paired with lighting-speed wifi, make this the perfect place to be inspired as you work.

The most convenient airports for your visit to Bolt Farm are:

• Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA) is just under an hour away 
• Nashville International Airport (BNA), approximately 2 hours away, offers a wide range of domestic and international flights.
• Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), about 2.5 hours away, is another great option, especially for those looking for more flight choices. 

We suggest choosing the airport that best suits your flight availability and travel preferences.
