1. Eligibility

• This Giveaway is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the USA and are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.
• Employees of Bolt Farm Treehouse, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and members of the employees' immediate family and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

• Nominate someone who deserves this getaway by tagging them in the comments (if it’s you who needs a reset, nominate yourself!)
• Submit the entry form (check your DMs after you nominate!

  • Winner is responsible for covering any applicable taxes or fees

• No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Bolt Farm's discretion.
• The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.
• Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Bolt Farm Treehouse to use Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

4. Odds

• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Bolt Farm Treehouse.
• Winner will be notified by email within fourteen (14) days following selection of Winner.
• Bolt Farm Treehouse shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
• If the selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited.

6. Terms & General Conditions

• Bolt Farm Treehouse reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Bolt Farm Treehouse's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
• Bolt Farm Treehouse reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
• By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Bolt Farm Treehouse, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
• By entering this giveaway, you are consenting to receive marketing communications via email and text from Bolt Farm Treehouse and their giveaway partners.

• Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Bolt Farm Treehouse website.
• By entering, winners grant permission for their name and photos to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

8. Governing Law

• All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Bolt Farm Treehouse in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
