Is BOLT FARM adults-only?
Yes, BOLT FARM is an adults-only (21+) resort designed specifically for couples seeking a romantic, peaceful escape. This ensures a serene atmosphere for all guests.
What should I bring?
We provide everything you need for a relaxing stay, including luxury bath products, robes, and slippers. We recommend comfortable clothing, layers for cooler evenings, and hiking shoes if you plan to explore our trails. Most guests find they need very little. That's part of the magic.
Can I bring my pet?
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, we are unable to accommodate pets at this time. We recommend finding a trusted pet sitter so you can fully disconnect during your stay.
What's the cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations 14 to 29 days out receive a 50% refund. Within 14 days, stays are non-refundable but can be rescheduled based on availability. Travel insurance is recommended.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, high-speed WiFi is available in all accommodations. However, many guests choose to disconnect. We fully support a digital detox during your stay.
How do I get there?
We're located in Whitwell, Tennessee, just 45 minutes from Chattanooga. Detailed directions are sent upon booking. The scenic drive up the mountain is part of the experience, a gradual transition from the outside world into your private sanctuary.
