Welcome to the Bolt Farm Family, Baby Amma!

(Quotes and information sourced from People Magazine)

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of our newest member of the Bolt Farm family, Amma Grace Bolt. Founders—Seth and Tori Bolt, welcomed their first child on August 19th, 2023. Amma was born at 8:29 p.m in Nashville, Tennessee, weighing 8 lbs., 4 oz. and measuring 19 inches long.

Tori shared that giving birth to Amma was a surreal and transformative experience. She spent the last nine months preparing for an unmedicated, natural birth, and it was all worth it. Despite their mission to not arrive at the birth center too early, Tori was fully dilated and ready to start pushing by the time they arrived. After several hours of pushing, Seth was the one who caught Amma as she entered the world.

Once she was born, the new family of three shared an intimate moment together, seated on the floor in the corner of that dimly lit room, sitting in silence and awe of this new life.

Seth and Tori named her Amma, which embodies the epic setting of the Bolt Farm Treehouse in Whitwell, Tenn. where Amma will grow up, literally above the clouds on the mountaintops. The name also honors both Seth's Cherokee ancestry and Tori's Brazilian ancestry. Amma is a root word for "mother" in Cherokee and "love" in Portuguese.

We are so excited to welcome Amma to the Bolt Farm family. Seth and Tori are over the moon with love for their precious baby girl. As Tori said, "Until you become a parent, you truly can't understand how much you will love your child. She has added so much purpose to our already purpose-filled lives."

Congratulations to Seth and Tori on the arrival of their beautiful baby girl! We can't wait to watch her grow and thrive in the beautiful surroundings of the Bolt Farm Treehouse.
